What are the 'No Deposit Lay-by' terms?
1. No deposit
2. No set-up or admin fee
3. No service fee
4. No interest
5. No early payout fee
6. No cancellation fee
7. Take up to 12 months to complete your lay-by, just as long as your lay-by is completed 10 weeks prior to your wear date
8. Minimum order amount AU$300
9. Maximum order amount AU$3,000
10. No set payment schedule. You can make payments of any amount when it suits you, just as long as your lay-by is completed 10 weeks prior to your wedding day or special event, up to a maximum of 12 months duration.
How to I set up a 'No Deposit Lay-by' account?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 ...
1. Choose the items that you wish to layby, taking note of the Product ID Codes and prices
2. Send us an email to info@weddingdressexpress.com.au, with "New Lay-by Account" in the subject line. Please tell us your name, delivery address, 2 phone numbers (eg. home and mobile), your wear date, and the product codes and the prices of the items you wish to layby.
3. We will send an email to you which contains your lay-by account code, our banking details, an order summary and the total of the goods you wish to order.
What happens when I complete my lay-by payments?
1. Please contact us via email when you have made your last lay-by payment.
2. We will request confirmation of your order specifications so that we can fulfill your order eg. measurements, fabric colour, shoe size, veil edges etc.
3. Your order will be shipped to you 4-8 weeks after your lay-by has been completed.
