Good morning Hilary, You may not remember us, but you were of invaluable assistance prior to our daughter's wedding in May. She had found what she thought was the perfect veil online and ordered it with 4 months to spare - no problems right? Wrong! First, it arrived on time but the order was mixed up and instead of being elbow length, white, 3 tiers with crystals, it was ivory, 2 tier and about 20cm.
We contacted the UK company immediately, and long story short, they promised to correct the error. Meanwhile, the May date was getting closer and closer. This is when you came into the situation, 2 weeks before the wedding! You replied to my late night email within minutes, understanding that each bride only sees their own wedding day as the important upcoming date.
The veil Paige chose turned out to be one of her original choices when she Googled veil images. It arrived exactly when you promised it would, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. In the end, the other one arrived from the UK, 3 weeks after her wedding and she hated it - it looked nothing like the picture. Where yours looked full and ethereal, the other one looked cheap and scratchy. I have attached a photo for you to see your handy-work, and what a contribution you made to the whole wedding ensemble. Earlier this year, I requested Wedding Dress Express to create my Wedding Gown and evening reception dress. A few weeks later I found out I was pregnant and was in a panic, when Hilary assured me that she could assist in ensuring that I could still manage to pull off the wedding with dresses to accommodate my changing body. On Friday, 28 May, I married my partner whom I had been with for 11 years, and because I did not let him see the dresses until the actual wedding day, he was blown away. He said, after a while later of silence, "Honey, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen and I am glad you are mine".
All I have got to say is thank you for making me dresses that made me feel like Queen of the Day (church wedding/evening wedding dinner), and thank you for your kind service and advice on matching jewellery. Now I will be able to show my baby, who is due in September, the beautiful wedding pictures mummy and daddy had, and how beautiful my dresses were.

Hello, I received my dress on Friday, it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much for all your help and information.... I'll definitely be telling my friends about your website... I've already shown heaps of them and they think it's the best thing since sliced bread.
I'm really glad to have found you because any bridal shop I went into didn't want anything to do with me, apparently 4 months wasn't enough notice to have a "proper" wedding dress ordered. Also, I suppose it's because I look young. But I thought it was just rude, I'm a florist and also have my own business doing wedding flowers, but it doesn't matter what you do, you don't discriminate against your clients because of age or class or anything. Not good business, and I've told all my friends about that too. And apparently you're not allowed to get married in a dress that's not white, cream or ivory. Not one shop would touch me as soon as I'd mention have (shock horror) a COLOURED dress!!
Anyway, I'm SOOO happy with my dress!! Lovely colours! And I paid less than half of what I would have in any of the shops I went into. I'll definitely send you some photos, weddings on the 12th of March :)

Serena felt like a princess at the Year 10 formal. Her dress was beautifully made & fit perfectly. She chose the style, colours and fabric and the dress arrived on our doorstep a few weeks later. The best thing... no-one else had the same dress...YAY !!!!

A VERY HAPPY customer (big grin)!! The best dressmaking I have ever seen & the dress fits perfectly. Very reasonably priced, we looked at similar dresses (in Canberra) & prices started at $700.
