Win Your Dream Wedding Dress Competition Rules
GENERAL
Promotion Period: Commences on 01/11/2011 and closes on 29/02/2012 at 17:00 AEST.
Prize Draws: The Prize Winner will be announced at the premises of Wedding Dress Express at 12 noon on 05/03/2012. The Prize Winner will be notified by email on 05/03/2012. The Winner’s name will be published on WeddingDressExpress.com.au on 05/06/2011, the Wedding Dress Express Facebook page and in the eNewsletter. The unclaimed prize draw will take place on 01/05/2012 at 12 noon. The second placed entry from the first draw will be announced as the new Prize Winner. The unclaimed Prize Winner will be notified by email on 01/05/2012.
Prize: The prize is any Wedding Dress from the current Wedding Dress Express collections and standard shipping to the winner's address. The wedding dress will be custom measured to the winner's measurements as provided by the winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any other alterations the winner wishes to make to the wedding dress.

ENTRY
1. Entry is open to to anyone, anywhere in the world, aged eighteen or over, and who is engaged to be married. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, Directors, Management, related companies, retailers, suppliers, contractors and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. By entering the 'Dream Wedding Dress' competition, you will be automatically subscribed to receive the Wedding Dress Express newsletter. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time. Existing subscribers are also welcome to enter. When you submit you entry, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You acknowledge that if any inaccurate information is provided by you, your entry will be deemed invalid, including a fictitious proposal story.
5. Any entries that contain comments or stories that are considered offensive, racist, sexist or contain explicit language that is considered unacceptable, will be deemed as invalid.
6. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided on WeddingDressExpress.com.au. Any entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
7. Any entries that are incomplete or corrupted will be deemed invalid.
8. The Prize Winner may be required to show proof of eligibility to enter this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, or any other eligibility from the winner.
PRIZE
1. The Prize Winner can choose any dress in the current Wedding Dress Express collections.
2. The total prize value is up to AU$1,000.
3. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or exchange for other goods.
4. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, special offers, packages or promotional codes.
5. The prize includes the standard shipping fee to anywhere worldwide. The winner is responsible for any import taxes and duties, if located outside Australia. Express shipping and other freight carriers of the winner's choice can be nominated by the Prize Winner at the Prize Winner's own expense.
6. Any other costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the Prize Winner, including any alterations and customisation to the wedding dress prize.
7. The Promoter Accepts no responsibility if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, including war, natural disasters, shortage of raw materials or any force majeure. In this event, the Promoters will endeavour but are not obliged to provide substitute prizes of equivalent value.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. The Prize Winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in such promotional material.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to publish any of the proposal stories submitted as entries to this competition, either in part or in full.
3. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures,unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition – subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
4. Wedding Dress Express is collecting your personal information as set out in the competition entry form to process the competition entries. Your personal information will not be rented, shared or sold to any third parties in accordance with the Wedding Dress Express Privacy Policy.
5. The ‘Dream Wedding Dress’ competition is based entirely on the entrant’s skill. Entries will be judged on story content and writing style. Chance plays no part in selecting the Prize Winner.
